Rental insurance covers accidental damage to the equipment. This gives peace of mind and is affordable enough that every renter should opt-in. The insurance includes a $79 deductible per rental equipment. This insurance does not cover equipment that is lost or stolen.
We include a return shipping slip with all orders and easy packaging so that the renter can easily ship the equipment back to our warehouse. We can even schedule a pickup for you through Fedex for equipment pickup or you can drop the equipment off at any participating Fedex location. Once we receive a tracking number the equipment is considered returned and no late charges will be incurred.
Once the rental equipment has been dropped off or picked up for return shipping and we receive a tracking number then the equipment is considered returned. The rate for a late charge will be the daily rate of the equipment.
Installing Purchased Apps
We participate in the Apple Volume Purchase Program so that we can install purchased and custom apps on all our devices. This program allows us to easily distribute apps on the devices at a low cost to the renter. Feel free to contact us for details.
Who can rent our equipment?
We only rent to established businesses. We do not rent out our equipment for personal use. The clients we typically rent to use our equipment for special events or conferences.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to your business or anywhere an event you're attending is going to be held - such as a hotel - anywhere in the country! That includes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If your event is out of country please contact us to see if we can deliver.
